Scuba diving, freediving, and spearfishing are dangereous activities.  A
speargun is meant to be loaded in the water and unloaded while still in the
water.  Never load a speargun out of the water.  Never point a speargun at
another human being.  Always remove the shaft before you bring your new
speargun to a dive club meeting (or other venue where beer is being
consumed). Spearguns are dangereous weapons and should be treated
with respect.

Deathstick Spearguns LLC is not responsible for any stupid things that the
speargun owner may do.

Warranty
The Deathstick Speargun stock is warrantied for three years against
delamination and warping.  All Neptonics trigger mechanisms are warrantied
through Neptonics.

Bands, shooting line, bungies, and shafts are considered consumable items
and are not covered under any warranty.

If you shoot a fish and don't get the shaft out of the track, bad things can
happen to the stock.  Most of the enclosed track gun repairs I have done
are not that difficult.  The gun is functional, but a little blemished.  This type
of damage is not covered under the warranty.
